Complete Gearbox for TL45, Sting, Sting R

The complete factory reduction unit for the Sting platform. It is a sealed two-stage design that steps motor speed down and passes drive out to the secondary chain and rear sprocket, which is why it stays quieter and needs less attention than an exposed chain primary.

The unit arrives pre-filled with gear oil, so there is no field filling before it goes in. Once running, plan an oil change every 50 to 100 hours of hard riding — a sealed box hides its condition until the oil is contaminated enough to start damaging teeth and seals.

This is the replacement part after contaminated oil, gear-tooth damage, or an output-shaft seal that has started weeping. Fitment covers the TL3000, TL4000, TL45 and TL50.
