Who we are

TALARIA E-BIKE CHINA SOURCE (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates talariaebikechinasource.com as an authorized Talaria dealer, selling genuine Talaria electric dirt bikes, OEM parts, and accessories.

We are located in Chongqing, China.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).

An order is accepted when we confirm it via email, not when payment is taken. We reserve the right to decline or refund any order where a listing contained a pricing error, stock inaccuracy, or other obvious mistake.

Price-on-request items are quoted individually and confirmed by email before any payment is due.

Shipping

Orders ship from China with regional warehouse support, typically arriving within 3–5 business days of dispatch. Customs clearance in the destination country can add time and is outside our control.

Import duties and taxes: We cover all import duties, taxes, and customs fees on your behalf. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — no hidden charges upon delivery.

Returns

Unused, unmodified items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization, in original packaging.

Batteries are dangerous goods and must not be returned without contacting us first — we will arrange the shipment correctly.

Warranty

New machines and genuine parts carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, handled through our official dealer channel.

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Wear-and-tear items (e.g., brake pads, tires, chains, sprockets)

  • Crash damage or impact-related failures

  • Water immersion or moisture damage

  • Aftermarket powertrain modifications (controllers, motors, batteries, wiring looms)

Intended use and rider responsibility

  • MX trims are supplied for off-road use only — on private land and closed courses. They are not road-legal vehicles.

  • Road-legal L1E and L3E trims are homologated to European vehicle classes. Registration, licensing, insurance, and where you may ride are governed by your local laws — it is your responsibility to verify these requirements before purchase.

All riders must use appropriate protective equipment (helmet, gloves, boots, padding). Electric dirt bikes are powerful machines; you use them entirely at your own risk.

Batteries

Lithium battery products must be:

  • Charged only with the supplied or specified charger

  • Never left charging unattended for extended periods

  • Stored per the guidance in the product manual

Misuse of lithium batteries can cause fire, serious injury, or property damage. Always follow the safety instructions provided.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the total amount paid for the products concerned.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the courts of Chongqing, China shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your order.

If you are a consumer based in the EU or UK, your local consumer protection laws may also apply, and you may have additional rights.
