VERIFIED NUMBERS, NOT BROCHURE NUMBERS

Specs that actually matter

Every figure on this store comes from the manufacturer's specification for the exact trim you order — not a marketing rounding. The 60V Sting platform starts at 6 kW peak on the MX3 and steps to 8 kW on the Sting R MX4, whose 45Ah LG 21700 pack is the longest-legged in the range at up to 75 miles on a steady cruise. The 72V Sting MX5 Pro delivers 13.4 kW peak and 500 N·m at the rear wheel, and at the top the 96V Komodo makes 32 kW (43 hp) with 754 N·m through its sealed gearbox.

What that torque means in practice: full pull from zero RPM, no clutch, no gear hunting, and a machine 35–40% lighter than a comparable 250cc petrol bike. Removable lithium packs on LG and Samsung 21700 cells, FOC sine-wave controllers, 4-piston hydraulic brakes and IP67-sealed electronics are standard across the line.

Talaria e-bike FAQs

It depends on the model. The Sting MX3 is electronically limited to 47+ mph (75+ km/h), the Sting R MX4 reaches 53 mph (85 km/h), the MX5 Pro runs 55+ mph unrestricted, and the Dragon tops the range at 70 mph (110 km/h). Road-legal L1E trims are limited to around 30 mph for their vehicle class.

The MX trims are off-road machines for private land and closed courses. Talaria also builds homologated road trims — the Sting L1E (moped class) and Sting L3E with an L3e-A1 Certificate of Conformity. Whether a given trim can be registered depends on your country and region, so confirm requirements with your local licensing authority before you buy.

Quoted maximums are measured at a steady low cruise: the Sting MX3 covers up to 44 mi (70 km) of mixed riding, the Sting R MX4 up to 75 mi (120 km) at 16 mph, the MX5 Pro up to 62 mi (100 km), and the Dragon up to 93 mi (150 km). Aggressive riding, cold weather and rider weight all reduce that.

Roughly 3–4 hours on the standard charger depending on pack size. A 60V 12A fast charger cuts a 45Ah pack to about 2.5–3 hours. All packs are removable, so a charged spare means near-zero downtime between rides.

The classic rivalry. Talaria’s Sting runs a sealed gearbox with chain final drive (quieter, lower maintenance than an exposed primary), a longer seat and stronger stock suspension; Sur-Ron’s Light Bee is a touch lighter. For trail-plus-track versatility and parts support, most riders moving up choose the Talaria — and we stock EBMX packs for both platforms.

Right here. We are an authorized Talaria dealer selling genuine bikes and OEM parts factory-direct, shipping worldwide from China with regional warehouse support in 3–5 business days. Every machine carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty and 30-day returns on unused, unmodified items.

Yes — the full catalogue: OEM batteries, motors, controllers, chargers, suspension, wheels, brakes and hardware, plus aftermarket upgrades from EBMX, Manitou, Warp 9, KKE and KO Moto. Parts are listed against model codes (TL2500–TL6000) so you can confirm fitment before ordering.

A 12-month manufacturer warranty on new machines and genuine parts, handled through the official dealer channel. Wear items and crash damage are excluded, and aftermarket powertrain modifications (72V conversions, non-genuine controllers) void factory powertrain coverage — full details on our Warranty page.

Yes. Wholesale tiers run from 5 to 200 units across the X3, Sting MX3, Sting R MX4, MX5 Pro, Komodo and Dragon, in off-road, road-legal or mixed trim — retailers, rental fleets and resorts. See the Become a Dealer page for what to include in an enquiry.

Buying five units or more?

Wholesale tiers run from 5 to 200 units across the full model range — retailers, rental fleets and resorts.

Is Talaria Chinese? Where the bikes are made

Yes — and that is rather the point. Talaria builds its electric dirt bikes in Chongqing, China, and we ship from the same country the factory sits in. Buying here takes the importer and the regional distributor out of the chain, which is what makes the pricing factory-direct rather than dealer-marked-up.

Every machine is a genuine Talaria unit carrying the 12-month manufacturer warranty, handled through the official channel. Not a copy, not a grey import, not a rebadged frame. If you want a serial number checked against the factory record before you commit, send it to us and we will verify it.

Looking for a Talaria dealer near you?

Riders searching for a local Talaria dealer are usually asking two things: can I get a genuine bike, and how long will I wait? As an authorized dealer we answer both without you needing one nearby.

Orders ship worldwide from China with regional warehouse support and typically land in 3–5 business days — often sooner than a local dealer can order in a model they do not have on the floor. Warranty claims and OEM parts run through the same official channel, and the full parts catalogue is listed against model codes so fitment is settled before you order.
