Wholesale terms
| Term | Details |

| Returns | Wholesale returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Faulty or damaged units must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. For non-fault returns, we offer 30 days subject to restocking fees — contact us for approval first. |
| Warranty handling | Warranty claims for wholesale units are handled through our official dealer channel. We will work with you and Talaria to process valid claims efficiently. Proof of purchase and unit serial numbers are required. |
| Payment terms | Payment terms are quoted per order. Typically, we require a 30% deposit to secure production/shipping, with the balance due prior to dispatch. For established wholesale partners, we may offer net 30 terms subject to credit approval. |
Compliance in your market
Homologation, registration, type approval, import duties, and any local requirements for selling or renting electric motorcycles are the responsibility of the buying business in its own market.
L1e and L3e are European approval classes and do not carry over automatically elsewhere. Confirm what your market requires before committing to a volume order.
Import duties and taxes: For wholesale orders, import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
