The X3 Concept (xXx, model code TL2500) is the short-wheel, low-seat member of the range. Both ends run 17-inch rims — 1.6-inch front, 2.15-inch rear — shod with 70/90-17 and 90/80-17 tires that can be specified knobby or street. Seat height is 805 mm (31.7 in) and curb weight about 56.7 kg (125 lb), so it is a smaller bike to swing a leg over than the 19-inch Sting chassis.
The interior-permanent-magnet mid-drive makes 6,000 W peak from a 3,000 W nominal rating and tops out at 47+ mph (75+ km/h) under a FOC sine-wave controller. What separates it from the chain-primary bikes is the belt reduction drive, which needs no lubrication and runs quieter than a chain at the same speed.
The pack is a removable 60V / 40Ah unit — 2,400 Wh of LG 21700 M50 cells in 16s8p — good for up to 55 mi (88 km) at a 25 mph cruise. Stopping is handled by 4-piston hydraulic calipers on 220 mm rotors at both ends, with an inverted fork and adjustable rear mono shock underneath. An RFID key fob replaces a conventional ignition key, a compact OLED dash shows ride data, and the LED headlight has high and low beam.
