The Komodo (model code TL6000) is built to full-size dirt-bike proportions: 910 mm (35.8 in) seat height, 1,380 mm (54.3 in) wheelbase, and overall dimensions of 2,200 x 810 x 1,220 mm. Dry weight is 98 kg (216 lb); ready to ride it comes to roughly 123 kg (270 lb).
The DC permanent-magnet synchronous mid-drive is rated 8.6 kW continuous and 32 kW (43 hp) peak, with over 90 N·m at the motor and 754 N·m at the rear wheel. Control is a 140V-platform FOC unit with 36 MOSFETs and an M4-core processor. Drive is a sealed gearbox into a 520 chain with a chain guide.
The 96V / 45Ah pack (4,320 Wh) uses Samsung 50S or LG H51 21700 cells and is rated IP67. It weighs 24.5 kg (54 lb) and supports up to 70 mi (115 km) at a 28 mph (45 km/h) cruise.
Suspension is a dual chamber air fork with 250 mm of travel and adjustable preload, compression and rebound, over an air shock with 90 mm travel at the rear. Brakes are dual-piston hydraulic discs quoted at 3.64 m/s² deceleration. Wheels are 21-inch front and 18-inch rear, spoked, on CST 70/100-21 and CST 90/100-18 tires, with Maxxis options available. The display is a 320 DPI colour TFT with a 167-degree viewing angle. Available in MX off-road or L3E trim, in Black, Green or Blue.

How long does the Komodo take to charge?
Roughly 2.5–3 hours on the 12A fast charger. The Komodo runs a 45Ah IP67-sealed pack, so it handles wet and dusty conditions without special care.
Is the Komodo suitable as a first electric dirt bike?
No. With 32 kW and 754 N·m it is a full-size, high-output machine for experienced riders. If this is your first electric dirt bike, start with the 60V Sting MX3 or Sting R MX4.
What suspension does it come with?
A 250 mm air fork at the front, with a Manitou Dorado fitted on the Expert build. Brakes are 4-piston hydraulic, as across the range.
