Battery Power Connection Sub Cable for TL45, Sting

Nothing on the bike powers up without this harness. It carries full pack current between the battery, the BMS and the controller, and the parts that fail are almost always the high-current pins at either end — corroded, arced, or burned back after an over-current event. Insulation damage from chafing against the frame is the other common cause.

Watch for intermittent power-up, voltage sagging under load, discoloured or melted insulation near the connector bodies, or green corrosion visible on the terminals. A cable in that condition should come off the bike immediately; running it is a fire risk. Building a substitute from raw wire is not advisable — gauge, insulation rating and terminal spec all have to match what the controller and BMS expect, and cheap cable fails under sustained draw.

Supplied as the wire harness only. Fitment is direct on TL3000 and TL45; verify pinout for TL4000 before ordering, and note that EBMX 72 V conversions use a different harness entirely. Allow 30 minutes at moderate difficulty with hex keys, a multimeter and dielectric grease: disconnect the battery first, follow the factory routing diagram, tie the cable at the original points, and confirm end-to-end continuity before reconnecting power.
