The linkage is what translates swingarm movement into shock travel, so its stiffness and pivot tolerances directly affect how the rear end feels. The stock pressed-steel linkage flexes under load, and worn pivots add slop on top of that. This Full-E Charged replacement is machined from billet aluminium with tighter pivot tolerances, which sharpens rear suspension response without touching the shock itself.

If the back of the bike feels vague or imprecise but the shock is still healthy, the linkage is the cheaper place to look first. Note that replacement linkages of this type normally preserve stock geometry — the gain is in stiffness and reduced flex, not in changed travel or leverage ratio. Leverage is altered on certain variants in the Full-E Charged range, so confirm which one you are ordering.

Pivot bushings are listed as included, but check the package contents and inspect your existing bushings while everything is apart; worn ones should be changed alongside the linkage. Fitment covers TL3000, TL4000, TL45, TL50, TL2500 and TL25. Work is moderate at 60-90 minutes with a torque wrench, hex keys and bushing tools if you are replacing those too. Remove the shock, swap the linkage, torque all pivot bolts to spec, and cycle the rear suspension through full travel to confirm free movement before riding.
