EBMX aftermarket 60 V lithium pack rated at 65 Ah and roughly 3,900 Wh, built to the exact OEM Talaria case form factor for the Sting Offroad (TL3000) and Sting Onroad (TL45).
EBMX builds this pack around one idea: keep the factory case dimensions, fill them with far more cell. At 65 Ah against the stock 38.4 Ah pack, that works out to roughly 69 percent more capacity in a case that slides into the standard frame slot with no frame modification and no wiring changes. An integrated BMS handles cell balancing.
Run on the stock 60 V controller, the pack gives you the capacity gain and nothing else changes — the stock 60 V charger still works, it simply takes longer to fill the larger pack. Paired with the EBMX BAC8000 controller upgrade, the same pack supports up to 15 kW of peak output. That is the reason to buy this over a straight OEM replacement: it leaves room for a controller upgrade later without a second battery purchase.
Fitment is direct on TL3000 and TL45. On the Sting R MX4 (TL4000) and Sting R Road Legal (TL50), verify connector and mounting with your installer before ordering. MX5 Pro, Komodo and Dragon use a different chassis form factor and will not take it.
Swapping packs is a two-minute job with the Talaria key. If the bike will sit unused for more than 30 days, leave the pack at 50-70 percent charge. The battery ships from China with regional warehouse support, typically 3-5 business days, and is covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
