KO Moto Factory Spec Rush Controller Upgrade

KO Moto builds the Rush as a boutique alternative to the mainstream aftermarket controllers, running on the stock 60 V architecture but with its own firmware and ramp curves. The default tune is the more aggressive of the two approaches, which riders tend to notice most in bottom-end pull; the trade against a more conservative, heavily programmable unit is character rather than headline capability.

The tune is programmable through KO Moto's firmware tool, so the shipped profile is a starting point rather than a fixed setting. Primary fitment is the Sting Offroad (TL3000).

Installation sits between moderate and advanced: 60 to 90 minutes with hex keys, a torque wrench and a multimeter, battery disconnected before anything comes apart, and the tune configured before the first ride. Thermal management is built into the controller, but sustained high-output pulls are easier on the electronics with additional cooling, so check with KO Moto on compatible heat sinks. As with any aftermarket controller, installation voids the Talaria factory warranty on the bike.
