Removable Lithium Battery Pack 60V/43.2AH

This is the factory replacement pack, not an aftermarket substitute: same case footprint, same plug-in Talaria connector, same key barrel, so it drops into the frame slot with no modification. Capacity is 43.2 Ah at 60 V nominal, which works out to 2,700 Wh, and an integrated BMS handles pack management. Reference OEM number is 115200222.

The cells are LG 21700s rated at 5000 mAh each. The move away from older 18650 cells buys higher energy density and lower internal resistance, and against a comparable Sur-Ron X battery the pack is rated for roughly 18 percent more range. Note the form factor is Talaria-specific — a Sur-Ron Light Bee takes a different case and connector entirely.

Confirmed fitment is TL4000 and TL50. On the Sting Offroad (TL3000) and Sting Onroad (TL45), verify connector pinout and case dimensions with your installer first; the X3 line uses a different pack shape and is not compatible. If you are weighing this against the EBMX 65 Ah aftermarket pack, the trade-off is straightforward: this is the OEM-spec unit that works with the stock controller, while the higher-capacity EBMX pack needs the EBMX controller upgrade to deliver its full output safely.

Swapping is a sub-two-minute job with the Talaria key — lift the old pack out, seat the replacement and turn the keyway to lock it. Charge fully before first use, and if the bike is being stored for more than 30 days, leave the pack at 50-70 percent.
