Full-E Charged Rear Brake Disc Bracket Aluminium Green

Fit a larger rear rotor and the stock caliper no longer lines up with it. This billet aluminium bracket repositions the caliper outward to meet the bigger disc — around 15 mm of offset for the common 220 mm to 250 mm step — and is what makes an oversized rotor install possible rather than optional. Machined from billet and finished in green anodising, it is the rear-specific part.

Fitment covers a broad slice of the range: TL3000, TL4000, TL45, TL50, TL2500 and TL25. Buying the bracket on its own makes sense when the oversized rotor is already on hand or on order.

Installation is moderate, roughly 30 to 45 minutes including the bleed, using a torque wrench, hex keys and a bracket-alignment tool. Re-bleed the rear brake afterwards and check caliper-to-rotor clearance through the full range of suspension travel before riding. Relocation brackets are generally cut for one specific rotor diameter, so confirm the disc size matches before ordering.
