The factory front headlight assembly for the Sting 4000 (TL4000) and Sting Offroad (TL3000). It bolts to the standard bracket, so no adapter or drilling is involved, and it is the usual fix after a branch strike, water getting past the boot, or a dead light module.
Two connector variants exist across production runs of the same chassis: 2-pin and 4-pin. Specify which one you need when ordering, and count the pins on the plug already in the bike rather than working from the model year.
Fitting takes a screwdriver, a hex key and about a quarter of an hour. Disconnect the battery first, check the beam before final tightening, and a smear of silicone grease on the connector will keep moisture out later.
Unused, unmodified items can be returned within 30 days, which covers a wrong-variant order as long as the unit has not been mounted.
